Really surprised how this has solved the issue of my snoring and how easy it was to get use to wearing tape on your mouth! One of the more stranger things I’ve done but it’s comfortable and has not effected my sleep. Partner no longer waking me up to stop snoring! A very cheap solution. Win win!
Originally bought for my boyfriend who snores, he was not interested in the slightest, so I started using them instead.While I don’t snore anyway, I have found that my sleep has improved massively by adding the tapes to my routine; and I feel more rested. Another really positive outcome is no morning breath!I feel like these are part of my wind down routine now and will tape in bed, have a read of a book and then settle in for sleep.They remain in place all night and don’t irritate my sensitive skin (even if I’m using a retinoids before applying)If you wear lip balm or greasy night cream it’s worth making sure that is really sunken in before applying to ensure they stay in place - but mine have never fallen off though the night (I’ve bought and used 2x 30 packs at time of review)
These are a bit startling when you first open the pack as I thought there would be an opening in the middle but there isn't. I tried them for one night but then passed them over to my wife to try as I have a full beard and I wouldn't say they're ideal for me for that reason. She found them quite effective and I would say they are as well as her snoring didn't wake me up! It didn't come off during the night so she found the adhesion effective. They didn't either wake her up or keep her awake which some other snoring aids have done. They're good value for money and they're definitely worth giving a go.

Like the soft feel but wish there was a tiny whole in the middle for an occasional breath
I used to snore, bad for the wife, and wake up irritable and groggy, bad for me. These have been a god send, I was dubious at 1st but my Wife says I've stopped snoring and I genuiely feel like I'm sleeping way better!
I have a beard... These do not stick to my face. I tried my best to get something going but just could not get them to stick to me at all. That being said, I asked my wife to try one out and it did actually stick really well.In terms of function, they seem to work exactly as designed (as long as you can get them to stick to your mouth) so I'd give these a go if you're running out of other options for sure.
This is the second sleep tape brand I've tried on Amazon and so far my favourite. It sticks well and stays on all night long.I found others struggled to adhere because of my stubble but not this brand.I definitely sleep better with this on, as does my wife!
These stick well, stay on overnight don’t hurt my skin when taking them off. The skin has to be dry before applying, so apply creme around the area. These seem to help get a better sleep and hep a bit with face puffiness.

Thought I would give these a try, but they aren’t very comfy, good idea, but not sure they will do what you’re hoping.
Good product. Stretchy and will not come off if properly placed. Also doubles as sticking plaster, Just put some cotton wool over dressed wound and use an old tape. Retains sticky for three uses.
Using the SleepSeal Mouth Tape has been a fantastic experience for me, significantly improving the quality of my sleep. Each strip lasted me for about 7 nights, and even though it seemed to lose a bit of its stickiness over time, a quick press to my lips for about 10 seconds helped reactivate the glue.If your mouth tends to be wide, like mine, the tape might not cover the edges completely. However, the tape's strength compensates for this, ensuring its effectiveness. Overall, I'd rate it 8/10 for its durability and positive impact on my sleep quality.
Supplied in a pack of 60. These are really big plasters. I cut mine into small strips to be placed vertical over both lips. The glue is hypoallergenic, strong, the plaster does not come of in the middle of the night,but there is no residue on left on your lips.I have tried loads of gadgets, drops etc to stop snoring and get a good night's sleep. Using them for the night, l wondered if would be able to fall asleep with a strip of plaster stuck to my lip,but l did.I can honestly say that l could tell the difference in quality of sleep when l woke up.I have been able to wear a strip every night,and can tell my sleep quality is great.I know they won't suit everyone, but l was so fed up of feeling tired and having disturbed sleep, l know that l have found my solution.I do recommend these, and will be buying again when l have ran out
I have been using various packs of sleeping mouth strips at night for some months now, after my snoring became a major issue, due to a health condition.These are simple but effective, as have been all fabric mouth tapes I've used so far. But I must admit, I prefer the black ones made by other brands. If it weren't for that, I would give them 5 stars.I highly recommend this type of snoring prevention, having tried many, many devices.
These aren't bad if your mouth naturally falls open in the night, certainly stops dry mouth and sore throats in the morning and luckily reduces the need to sip water in the night along with it.Definitely feel like I am having better quality sleep as I am not waking myself up or getting prodded in the night to stop me snoring.
I’ve used many different types of sleep strips, and these have proved the most effective, very comfortable to sleep with and has improved my quality of sleep. Highly recommend
I do like the adhesive as it lasts well without any irritation on the lips or surrounding skin, they do take a little getting used to but they do seem to be improving my sleep gradually, this is a good pack amount for the price
I’ve been using this product for just over a week and have noticed a great difference in my quality of sleep and snoring. My partner is also happy with this as I no longer wake him up! It takes a few days to get used to but now, I use them with ease.10/10 would recommend
I thought it would be a difficult transition to sleeping while breathing out my nose but with this product it became very easy to. I am seeing all the benefits, I’m not waking up in the night and I am engaging with significantly longer sleeps. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants higher quality sleep.
